- Our office hours are 8am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am-12pm Friday.
- We typically take lunch from 12pm-1pm.
- We are at our Lawrenceville office on Mondays & Wednesdays and at our Hamilton Mill (Dacula) office on Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays.
- How do I make an appointment?
- Call our office at 770-995-9100 during office hours or you may request an appointment through our appointment request function on this website. **Please make sure to read all information/disclosures prior to making an appointment using this website.
- What insurance do you accept?
- Please refer to our insurance section.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept Cash, Money Orders, Checks, Visa and Mastercard.
- We DO NOT accept credit card payments over the phone or through the mail. You may either come to one of our offices or you may utilize the "Pay My Bill" function of this website to pay by credit card.
- Are your physicians Board Certified?
- Yes, Dr. Moulton is OB/GYN Board Certified.
- Do you have Midwives?
- At this time we do not currently have any midwives on staff.
- What happens when I have a problem after hours?
- If you have an emergent need after office hours we have an answering service that will page the physician on call. All routine and non-emergent needs will be handled during office hours. Dial our main office number 770-995-9100 and there will be a prompt to reach our answering service. Our message will also give the direct number to our answering service if you desire.
